Welcome to The Harmony Tree!
Led by our qualified Early Years Music Specialist, our 4 stage, progressive Music programme will take you and your baby on a journey of Musical discovery!
Each stage is designed to support your child’s Musical, Physical, Social, Emotional and Language development and together you will explore a variety of musical activities which you can continue to share with your child at home.
Our classes are child centred, allowing plenty of space for your little one’s voice to be heard. Each stage will provide a mix of age-appropriate listening, singing, playing, moving, and exploring opportunities, all carefully chosen to support your child as they discover and learn about the world around them.
Classes are held on Friday mornings at Paignton Methodist Church hall (details below)

Nurture
(0-12 months)
The focus of our Nurture class is the bond between you and your baby. This gentle class, full of songs and rhymes, will provide the space and time for you and your baby to enjoy each other through shared experiences. With the aid of baby friendly instruments and resources, we will create a sound rich environment for you and your baby to explore together.
Discover
( 1 -2 years)
As your child continues to find their voice and discover the world around them, we look at new ways to enjoy familiar songs. With new movements and sounds at their disposal you will discover your little one’s preferences as their personality emerges.
Explore
(2-3 years)
There is plenty of space in this class for your little one to explore and play around with sound. With a variety of sound makers and resources on offer there is always something new to explore. New repertoire is carefully chosen to encourage your child to use their voice in a variety of ways.
Grow
(3 - 4 years)
As your child grows in confidence, we play a variety of Musical games which they enjoy together with their friends whilst growing positive, sharing relationships. There are plenty of opportunities to create songs, share stories and hear and play different musical instruments as they grow their musical self.

Classes are held on Friday mornings at Paignton Methodist Church Hall, TQ3 3EQ (Tower Road entrance)

Discover 10.30- 11.00
Explore 11.05 - 11.35
Grow 11.40 - 12.10
Cost £7 per class, payable each half term
